- 50% of the total rates to be paid on confirmation of booking.

- R3000 refundable breakage fee to be paid before arrival
- Refund will Only be paid back 3 to 5 working days after check out & inspection.
- R600 exit cleaning fee to be paid before or on arrival.
- NO Smoking inside the house. R1500 fine will be deducted from your breakage fee.
- Fleur Park rules to be signed by the responsible person when Booking-in.
- NB. BREAKING any of these rules you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The Owner and Management of Beachwood Cottage self-catering shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage incured.
Out of Season including Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
Guest will forfeit 100% of total paid if cancelled 14 days before arrival
Guest will forfeit 50% of total paid if cancelled 21 days before arrival.
Guest will forfeit 25% of total paid if cancelled 30 days or more before arrival.
