Rates & Extras
- Off-peak daily rate- From R1,750 per day.
- Peak time – From R2,550 per day.
- 50% of the total rate must be paid upon booking confirmation. The balance is due before arrival.
- A refundable breakage fee of R1500 is to be paid before arrival.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days after checkout and inspection.
- The R500 exit cleaning fee is to be paid before or upon arrival.
- No Smoking inside the apartment. A R1500 fine will be deducted from your breakage fee.
- 12 @ Anchor Self-Catering Apartment rules must be signed by the person responsible upon booking in.
- NB. By breaking any of these rules, you will lose your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The Owner and Management of 12 @ Anchor Self-Catering Apartment are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before the occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before the occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December, Easter, and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before the occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be forfeited with Any Cancellation.
