This apartment comprises a Master Bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a double and a single bed, and a bathroom with a bath/shower.
Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R1,250 per day.
- Peak time – From R1,950 per day.
- 30% of the total rates must be paid upon booking confirmation, and the full balance is due before the occupation date.
- The R1000 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To facilitate proper inspection, the refund will be paid electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the house.
- A R400 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or upon arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Suppose there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, a R1000 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and consider the needs of other non-smoking guests.
- Electricity included.
- All linens are included, except for towels. Bring your own.
- Due to the large number of permanent residents, loud music and noise are not permitted. Breaking this rule will result in a loss of your full deposit.
- The owner and management of 93 on Beach Self-catering, Gordon’s Bay, are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
