This bachelors comprises a King size that can be converted to 2 single beds if needed.
The bathroom consists of a shower.
The kitchen has a 2-plate portable stove, microwave oven and fridge freezer.
The bachelor’s is on the first floor, accessible by an elevator or stairs.
Next to the elevator and the unit is a large communal lounge area where you can relax or have a meeting. On the second floor, you will also find a communal outdoor area with outdoor furniture overlooking the mountains above Somerset West.
To enter the building, you need an electronic tag, and access to the undercover garage is also by remote control, so it’s all very safe.
Due to many permanent residents, No Loud Music or Noise is allowed, so please take note of this before booking.
Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R750 per day
- Peak time – From R1250 per day
- 50% of the total rates are to be paid on the booking confirmation, and the Total balance is due Before the occupation date.
- A R500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To allow for proper inspection, the refund will only be paid electronically within 3 – 5 days after vacating the house.
- An R250 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Suppose there is any evidence of smoking inside the apartment, an R500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
- Electricity included.
- All linens, including bath towels, are included. Please bring your beach towels.
- The owner and management of Majestic Self-catering shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% on the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
