Rates & Extras
- Starting at R2,295 per night Midweek.
- Peak time – R5,500 per night.
- Fifty per cent of the total rate is due upon booking confirmation, and the full balance is due on or before the date of occupation.
- A refundable breakage fee of R1500 must also be paid before the occupation date. To facilitate proper inspection, the refund will be paid electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the apartment.
- An R700 Exit Cleaning fee is payable per stay and is due before or upon arrival.
- There is no smoking inside the apartment. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, including the presence of hubbly pipes, a R1500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and consider the needs of other non-smoking guests.
- 4 On the Shore Self-Catering Rules are to be signed upon arrival by a responsible person when booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of 4 On the Shore Self-Catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before the occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be forfeited with Any Cancellation.
