Weekday Special: Only R2,295 per night (Monday – Thursday).

Payment Terms:

Deposit: 50% of the total rate is required to confirm your booking.

Final Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to your occupation date.

Cleaning Fee: A standard R800 Exit Cleaning fee applies per stay, payable on or before arrival.
Security & Damages
To ensure our oasis remains in pristine condition for all guests, the following applies:

Breakage Fee: A refundable fee of R1,500 is required before occupation.

Refund Process: To allow for a thorough inspection, your refund will be processed electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate.

Fleur Park Regulations: A responsible guest must sign the Fleur Park rules upon arrival. Please note: Violating these rules will result in the forfeiture of your FULL DEPOSIT.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Evidence of smoking indoors will result in a R1,500 fine deducted from your breakage fee. We appreciate your respect for our non-smoking guests.

Liability: The owner and management of 8 on Fleur Park Beach are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay.

We understand that plans can change. To protect the availability of our oasis for all guests, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings at 8 on Fleur Park Beach:

30+ Days before arrival: 100% Refund (less admin fee).

8 – 30 Days before arrival: 50% Refund.

0 – 7 Days before arrival: 0% Refund.
Peak Season & Long Weekends (Dec, Easter, Public Holidays):

90+ Days before arrival: 100% Refund (less admin fee).

61 – 90 Days before arrival: 50% Refund.

0 – 60 Days before arrival: 0% Refund.

Admin Fee: A non-refundable administration fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be forfeited for any cancellation, regardless of the notice period.
