Exit Cleaning Fee: A R450 fee is payable per stay.
Reservation & Payment Terms
To secure your stay at this private retreat:

Deposit: 50% of the total rate is payable upon booking confirmation.

Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to your arrival date.

Breakage Deposit: A refundable R1,000 fee is required before occupation. This will be refunded electronically within 3–5 days after departure, provided a successful inspection of the apartment is completed.
Important House Rules
At Julia’s Oceanside, we maintain a high standard for all our guests to enjoy a peaceful haven:

Strict No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment (including cigarettes and hookah pipes). A R1,000 fine will be deducted from the breakage deposit if any evidence of smoking is found.

Guest Conduct: A responsible person must sign the apartment rules upon booking. Please note that a breach of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

Liability: The owner and management of Julias Ocenside are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain the standard of our retreat, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings. Please note that a 10% Admin Fee of the total booking amount will be forfeited with any cancellation.
Out of Season

1 – 7 Days before occupation: 0% refund.

8 – 30 Days before occupation: 50% refund.

More than 30 Days before occupation: 100% refund.
