About Beach Club 602 Self-catering Mosselbay
Beach Club 602 is a self-catering apartment in a secure building opposite Diaz Beach in Mosselbay. The building is adjacent to the Diaz Water Park and is within close proximity to other attractions in the town.
The fully equipped kitchen contains an under-counter oven, a glass hob with an extractor fan, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo machine, a fridge-freezer, and a capsule espresso coffee machine. The adjacent lounge area offers a large leather sofa and a TV with the Family Package. Guests can enjoy the DStv PVR decoder with a premium package at an additional fee.
A frameless glass enclosure has been erected on the balcony’s edge with panels that can slide open completely or closed, allowing guests to braai while relaxing on the patio, where guests can enjoy the stunning ocean views and surroundings without any concern about adverse weather conditions. The balcony has an Alva 4 burner gas braai and a Weber braai. There is also built-in cupboard space in the braai area with countertops to prepare and serve meals, as well as shelves against the wall for glasses. Downlighters have also been installed for ease of braaiing during evenings.
There is undercover secure parking for one vehicle and parking facilities for guests.

This apartment can accommodate four adults and two children under 12 years old and comprises two en-suite bedrooms and an open-plan living area. The main bedroom is furnished with an extra-length queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower and a bath. The second bedroom is equipped with two three-quarter beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request and has an en-suite bathroom equipped with just a shower.

The complex also offers a communal swimming pool and outside braai facilities opposite the beachfront. In addition, the building is located adjacent to the Diaz Hotel and Resort, which has a gym, beach bar, and various restaurants and shops to visit.

Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R1,495 per day.
- Peak time – R5,500 per day.
- 50% of the total rates must be paid upon confirmation of booking, and the full balance is due before the occupation date.
- The R1500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date.
Refunds will only be paid 3 to 5 working days after Inspection and cleaning. The R500 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival. - There is no smoking inside the apartment. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the apartment, a R1500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
- Beach Club 602 Rules are to be signed by a responsible person on arrival. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of Beach Club 602 Self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% on the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
