Visitor Policy: We welcome you to host friends (max 12 people on-site). We kindly ask that all day visitors depart by 22:00 at the latest to respect our quiet residential neighbourhood. No day visiting friends allowed to stay over. A maximum of 10 guests may stay overnight.

Cleaning: A professional exit cleaning fee is applied to every stay to ensure the home remains in pristine condition for our next guests.
