Payment Terms: To secure your booking, you must pay a 50% deposit upon confirmation. You must settle the remaining balance, along with all additional fees, in full prior to your occupation date.
Essential Fees

Refundable Breakage Fee: R1,000. You must pay this before arrival. To facilitate a thorough inspection, we process refunds electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the apartment.

Exit Cleaning Fee: R400 per stay. You must settle this fee on or before your arrival.
House Rules & Safety
To maintain the high standard of our haven for all guests, please note the following:

Strict No-Smoking Policy: We strictly prohibit smoking inside the apartment. This rule includes cigarettes and hubbly pipes. We will deduct a R1,000 fine from your breakage fee if we find any evidence of smoking. We kindly ask that you respect the needs of our non-smoking guests.

Guest Agreement: A responsible person must sign the official estate and apartment rules upon booking. Please note that any breach of these rules results in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

Social Cooking: Please remember that the private balcony is a smoke-free zone. Guests who wish to braai must use the estate’s communal clubhouse facilities.

Liability: The owner and management of Nagua on the Bay Self-Catering Apartment do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a refined and fair booking experience for all our guests at our coastal haven, we apply the following cancellation terms:
Out of Season:

1 – 7 Days before occupation: We offer a 0% refund.

8 – 30 Days before occupation: You receive a 50% refund.

More than 30 Days before occupation: You receive a 100% refund.
Peak Holidays (December, Easter, and Official Long Weekends):

0 – 60 Days before occupation: We offer a 0% refund.

61 – 90 Days before occupation: You receive a 50% refund.

More than 90 Days before occupation: You receive a 100% refund.
Please note: Any cancellation results in the forfeiture of an Administrative Fee equal to 10% of the total booking amount. We apply this fee to cover the processing costs of your intended escape.
