Rest Ashored Self-catering is a Luxurious, upmarket House in Gordon’s Bay. It includes an ozone-friendly jacuzzi inside the house for relaxation…ideal for three couples.
Magnificent sunsets and the sound of the waves will spoil you daily, a mere 150m walk from the house.
Rest Ashored Self-catering accommodates up to 6 Guests, including school-going children.
The house is now open-plan, with stacker doors at the front.
The Braai area is also part of the entertainment room and the jacuzzi. The stacker doors could be opened to admit fresh sea air.

This modern, well-appointed home has all the luxuries and conveniences you would expect in your own home.
Luxury queen-sized beds with the best linen, quality furniture, Wi-Fi, a 75-cm TV and Soundbar, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
A luxury freestanding bath is part of the main en-suite, which also includes a large shower.
Microwave, coffee machine, a sizeable double-door fridge-freezer, a gas hob, a washing machine, an Airfryer and a dishwasher for your convenience.
Two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the main bedroom has a portable air conditioner and a roof fan.
A solar-heated geyser is also part of the equipment.
NB: Guests will not have access to the rooftop sundeck, and the stairs will be locked. The garage and backyard are also unavailable.

Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R1,995 per day.
- Peak time – From R4, 660 per day.
- 50% of the total rates must be paid upon booking confirmation, and the full balance is due before the occupation date.
- The R1500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To allow for proper inspection, the refund will only be paid electronically within 3 – 5 days after vacating the house.
- A R700 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- There is no smoking inside the house. A R1500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, including no hubby pipes cigarettes. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and other non-smoking guests.
- Fleur Park Rules must be signed by a responsible person upon arrival for the booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of Rest Ashored Self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
