Refundable Breakage Deposit:

A R1,500 refundable breakage fee is required before check-in.

Refund Process: Deposits are processed within 3–5 working days after a successful checkout inspection.

Important: Please note that breaking the house rules or causing damage will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.

Exit Cleaning Fee: A once-off R600 cleaning fee is payable before or upon arrival.

Strict No-Smoking Policy: To keep our oasis fresh for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A R1,500 fine will be deducted from your breakage fee for any violation.

Guest Agreement: The responsible guest must sign The Octopus House residence rules upon check-in.

Important Admin Fee: Please note that an Administrative Fee of 10% of the total booking amount is non-refundable and will be forfeited with any cancellation, regardless of the notice period. This fee covers the processing and management of your retreat reservation.
