Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R1,595 per day
- Peak time – From R2,850 per day
- Fifty per cent of the total rate is due upon confirmation of the booking, and the entire balance is due before the occupation date.
- An R1500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To facilitate proper inspection, the refund will be paid electronically within 3–5 days after the house is vacated.
- An R700 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- There is no smoking inside the house. A R1000 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee if there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, including no hubbly-bubbly pipes or cigarettes. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and consider the needs of other non-smoking guests.
- A responsible person must sign the Jade Rules upon arrival at the time of booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of The Jade @ Swing and Sea Self-catering apartment are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be forfeited with Any Cancellation.
