Final Balance: The remaining balance is due prior to your occupation date.

Cleaning Fee: A one-time R500 cleaning fee is payable before or upon arrival.

Refundable Breakage Deposit: An R1,000 breakage deposit is required before occupation. To ensure a thorough inspection, refunds will be processed electronically within 3–5 days after your coastal retreat has concluded and the unit is vacated.

STRICT NO SMOKING: Anchor Bay is a non-smoking oasis. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment or on the balconies. Should there be any evidence of smoking inside, the full R1,000 breakage deposit will be forfeited as a fine. We thank you for respecting the comfort of our non-smoking guests.

Linen & Towels: All high-quality bed linen and bath towels are provided. We kindly ask that you bring your own swimming towels for the pool and beach.

Liability: The Owner and Management of Anchor Bay Self-Catering (Luxury Stay) shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay.
