Exit Cleaning Fee: A R450 fee is payable per stay.
Reservation & Payment Terms
To secure your stay at this private retreat, we require a 50% deposit of the total rate upon booking confirmation. Additionally, the remaining balance is due before your arrival date. We also require a refundable R1,000 breakage deposit before occupation. Furthermore, we process this refund electronically within 3–5 days after your departure. This occurs only after our team completes a successful inspection of the apartment to ensure the haven remains in 5-star condition.
Important House Rules
At QiQi Self-Catering Apartment, we maintain a high standard so that all our guests can enjoy a peaceful environment. Therefore, we strictly prohibit smoking inside the apartment, including cigarettes and hookah pipes. We will deduct R1,000 from the breakage deposit if we find evidence of smoking.
Moreover, a responsible person must sign the apartment rules upon booking. Please note that a breach of these rules will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit. Finally, the owner and management of QiQi Self-Catering Apartment are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during your stay. By following these guidelines, you help us maintain the tranquillity and security of the estate for every guest.
To maintain the high standard of QiQi Self-Catering, we require all guests to follow the estate guidelines during their stay.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and maintain the standard of our retreat, we apply the following cancellation terms to all bookings at QiQi Self-Catering Apartment. Consequently, these terms help us manage our calendar effectively for all guests. Please note that we retain a non-refundable 10% Administration Fee of the total booking amount for any cancellation, regardless of the notice period provided.
Out of Season
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we offer the following refund structure during our off-peak periods:

1 – 7 Days before occupation: 0% refund.

8 – 30 Days before occupation: 50% refund.

More than 30 Days before occupation: 100% refund (less the 10% admin fee).
Peak Holidays (December, Easter & Long Weekends)
During high-demand periods, including December and long weekends, we require more notice to fill a vacant slot. Additionally, the following terms apply:

0 – 60 Days before occupation: 0% refund.

61 – 90 Days before occupation: 50% refund.
-
More than 90 Days before occupation: 100% refund (less the 10% admin fee).
Finally, we recommend that all guests carefully confirm their travel dates before finalising their booking to ensure a smooth, worry-free escape.
