Mountain Breeze is a Luxurious upmarket Self-catering House in Fleur Park, Gordon’s Bay, with views of the Hottentots Holland mountains.
Magnificent sunsets and the sound of the waves 100m away will spoil you. It sleeps a maximum of 6 Adult Guests and 2 Small children younger than 10 years of age.

A comfortable self-catering house close to the beach with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and only 100 meters from the beach.
Beautifully furnished with an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen for the guests’ convenience. This includes a dishwasher and a washing machine.
All ages are welcome, making it ideal for families with children.
Two 10-year-old children can sleep on 2 sofas in the lounge.

Easy access to the beach, less than 100 meters away. Enjoy the beautiful views & magnificent sunsets.
It is easily accessible and within walking distance from several restaurants, including the new 4-Star Krystal Beach Hotel, Antonio’s, Bertie’s Mooring, and Ocean Basket. Next to Ocean Basket, you will find the Gordon’s Bay Boat Angling Club and boat launch pad.
Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R2,395 per day.
- Peak time – From R3,195 per day.
- 50 % of the total rate must be paid upon booking confirmation, and the balance is due before the occupation date.
- An R1500 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To facilitate proper inspection, the refund will be paid electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the house.
- An R600 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If there is any evidence of smoking inside the house, a R1500 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and consider the needs of other non-smoking guests.
- A responsible person must sign the Fleur Park rules upon arrival at the time of booking. NB: By breaking any of these rules, you will LOSE your FULL DEPOSIT.
- The owner and management of Mountain Breeze Self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.

Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be Forfeited with Any Cancellation.
