Rates & Extras
- Off-peak – From R1,050 per day
- Peak time – From R1,950 per day
- 50% of the total rate will be paid upon booking confirmation, and the balance is due before the occupation date.
- The R1000 refundable breakage fee must also be paid before the occupation date. To facilitate proper inspection, the refund will be paid electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the apartment.
- A R450 Cleaning fee per stay is payable before or on arrival.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If there is evidence of smoking inside the house, a R1000 fine will be deducted from the breakage fee. Please respect our No-Smoking Policy and consider the needs of other non-smoking guests.
- Electricity included.
- All linens are included, except for beach towels. Please bring your own.
- The owner and management of Sandy Smiles @ Strand Self-catering are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred.
Out of Season:
- 1 – 7 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 8 – 30 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 30 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
Peak Holidays – December – Easter and Official Long Weekends:
- 0 – 60 Days before occupation date – 0% refund.
- 61 – 90 Days before occupation date – 50% refund.
- More than 90 days before the occupation date – 100% refund.
An Admin Fee of 10% of the Total Booking amount will be forfeited with Any Cancellation.
