Booking & Payments: Pay 50% of the total rate to secure your escape. Please settle the remaining balance before your arrival date.

Refundable Breakage Deposit: We require a R1,500 refundable breakage fee before arrival. We process this refund electronically within 3–5 days after you vacate the property. This allows time for a thorough inspection.

Cleaning Fee: A R700 cleaning fee is payable upon arrival for each stay.

No-Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment to keep our haven fresh. We will deduct a R1,000 fine from the breakage fee if we find evidence of smoking.

Linens: We provide all luxury bed linens and towels. Please bring your own beach towels for trips to the shore.
